Ryan Carver
Ryan Carver is a drummer and percussionist accustomed to playing many styles of music. He has been studying and performing for the past fifteen years, and continues to study with some of the worlds top drummers. Ryan has studied with Dom Famularo and Michael Molinari, and has taken lessons with Neil Garthly, Bryan Brosen, Tobias Ralph, Zoro, Joe Bergamini, Jason Rullo, John Favicchia, and Billy Martin. Ryan has also been teaching for the past seven years and is now a teacher at one of the countries premier drum schools, The Academy Of Drums And Music. Aside from teaching, Ryan is the drummer/percussionist for the New York City based multimedia performance group LiveSpace. He also holds the drum chair for Jazz Pollution, The Living, and The Jr. Paul's Band. Ryan has had the honor of performing at Drumfest 2005, and teaching the drum'n'bass day at the Academy Of Drums Summer Drum Camp 2005 along with the East coasts best teachers. Ryan was also featured in the May 2007 issue of The Black Page magazine. He is a member of the Percussive Arts Society and a member of the Vic Firth Education Team. At the age of 25, Ryan has taught thousands of lessons, learned from some of the worlds top drummers, and continues to raise the bar for the next generation of drummers.
